What's up, you glorious bastards? It's your friendly neighborhood Charlie Saltalamaccio here, and today, we're diving headfirst into the world of everyone's favorite archer (sorry, Green Arrow). That's right, folks, it's time to explore the Top 8 f***ing awesome Hawkeye storylines from the comics. So grab your quivers and strap in for one hell of a ride.

1) Hawkeye: My Life as a Weapon (2012)

Starting off with a bang (or should I say, a f***ing great arrow shot), we have "My Life as a Weapon." Penned by the genius Matt Fraction and brought to life by David Aja, this tale shows Clint Barton as a gritty, down-to-earth guy just trying to make it in this messed-up world. With some kickass action and f***ing hilarious dialogue, and with ex-Young Avenger Kate Bishop by his side, this storyline is the perfect introduction to our bow-slinging hero.

2) Hawkeye: Little Hits (2013)

You can't have too much of a good thing, am I right? Well, that's the case with "Little Hits," the follow-up to "My Life as a Weapon." Here, we get more of Clint's street-level adventures, including a surprisingly emotional story about a hurricane and some Russian mobsters. Seriously, it's f***ing amazing how Fraction and Aja can make us care about a guy who shoots arrows for a living.

3) Hawkeye: L.A. Woman (2014)

Now, let's talk about the other Hawkeye. Kate Bishop, Clint's protégée and badass extraordinaire, takes center stage in "L.A. Woman." Written by Matt Fraction with art by Annie Wu, this storyline follows Kate as she sets up shop in Los Angeles and tackles everything from Tinseltown's sleaziest to her own personal demons. It's a f***ing fantastic journey that proves Kate Bishop is more than just a sidekick.

4) Hawkeye: Blindspot (2011)

I mean, what's more badass than an archer with perfect aim? How about one who's f***ing blind?! That's right, in "Blindspot," Clint loses his sight and must rely on his other senses to continue fighting crime. Written by Jim McCann and illustrated by Paco Diaz, this storyline proves that you can't keep a good archer down, even if he can't see straight.

5) West Coast Avengers (2018)

Written by Kelly Thompson and illustrated by Stefano Caselli, "West Coast Avengers" brings Clint and Kate together to form a new team of heroes. This ragtag group, including the likes of Gwenpool and Quentin Quire, is an absolute hoot. With f***ing hilarious banter and action-packed scenes, this series reminds us that sometimes, the best heroes are the ones who don't take themselves too seriously

6) Hawkeye: Earth's Mightiest Marksman (1998)

Alright, back to the classics. In "Earth's Mightiest Marksman," written by Tom DeFalco and illustrated by Carlos Pacheco, Clint takes on the mantle of Goliath, aka Giant-Man. With a new set of powers and a whole lot of ass-kicking to be done, this storyline is a must-read for any Hawkeye fan. I mean, who doesn't want to see a giant f***ing archer stomping bad guys?

7) Hawkeye: Freefall (2020)

Penned by Matthew Rosenberg and illustrated by Otto Schmidt, "Freefall" sees Clint facing off against a mysterious new Ronin who's causing trouble in New York City. As he tries to uncover the identity of this masked menace, Clint has to deal with a slew of old enemies and some personal issues. With sharp writing, stunning visuals, and a f***ing awesome twist, this storyline will have you on the edge of your seat.

8) Hawkeye: Kate Bishop - Anchor Points (2017)

Last but certainly not least, we have "Anchor Points," a solo adventure for our girl Kate Bishop. Written by Kelly Thompson and illustrated by Leonardo Romero, this storyline sees Kate opening her own private investigation agency in L.A. With a slew of quirky clients and dangerous villains, Kate proves once again that she's more than capable of holding her own as a hero. It's a f***ing delight from start to finish.

Well, there you have it, folks – the top 8 Hawkeye storylines that are guaranteed to make you fall in love with this badass archer (if you haven't already). So, what are you waiting for? Get out there, grab these comics, and start reading. Trust me, you won't be f***ing disappointed. Until next time, stay sharp and shoot straight, my friends.
